Product Introduction
It uses (meth) acrylic (ester) as the main raw material and is copolymerized by introducing special functional monomers; it has excellent adhesion, water resistance, and solvent resistance; through compounding with amino resin curing agent, it can be prepared with different Uses, water-based glass baking paint and metal baking paint with excellent performance.
Amino resins are thermosetting resins with excellent tensile strength, hardness and impact resistance. specialized amino resins for use as baking finish curing agents in coating. Amino resins produce coating films with improved hardness and solvent resistance when used in combination with waterborne acrylic resin WL-5709.

Instruction
WL-5709 is matched with Cytec 303 or Cytec 325, the ratio is 5709:303=3~4:1. When mixing the paint, first dissolve the curing agent with a cosolvent, then add 5709 resin and other components; add water at the end and stir at 1200 rpm for 30 minutes then filter and pack it. Add 1-2% adhesion promoter when it is necessary to improve adhesion and salt spray resistance.
Packaging and Storage Condition
- Packing in 120 kg plastic drum
- The product should be stored in an airtight container to avoid freezing and high temperature. When possible, it should be used within six months. Recommended normal storage temperature is 10-35°
