WQ-2121 and WQ-2190 Special Acrylic copolymer emulsion for primer of foil

Product Introduction

WQ-2121 and WQ-2190 acrylic polumer emulsion produced by our company are mixed according to a certain ratio ( the ratio of WL2121 and WL2190 is recommended to be 2:1). Mixed emulsion is recommended for the following,

• ApplicationsHeat-seal lacquers including primers for film & foil
• Pre-metallization primers for vacuum metalized paper substrates used in tobacco packaging and paper labels.
• Pre-print primers for hard and soft aluminum with excellent heat resistance.
• Print-primers for aluminum yogurt lidding providing heat and chemical resistance.

WQ-2121 and WQ-2190 are used for flexographic and gravure water-based varnishes and inks; aluminized varnishes, wine labels and other varnishes, meeting the requirements of cigarette pack VOC standards. WQ-2121 and WQ-2190 are used to make flexo, gravure water-based varnish, ink, aluminized varnish, wine label, etc. Varnish.

Storage Condition

• The product should be stored in an airtight container to avoid freezing and high temperature. When possible, it should be used within six months. Recommended normal storage temperature is 10-35°
