Product Introduction

PU-3016 is a one-component protective coating that uses environmentally friendly water-based polyurethane dispersion as the main substance, so the coating film has good performance. For example, fast drying speed, good water and dust resistance. The operation is simple, and the conventional operation methods, such as roller coating, spraying, brushing, etc., can be applied to the coating. It can be applied to the protection of glass, metal, furniture, and other materials of various materials. It can be used as a primer or a top coat.

Construction reference

• Construction temperature: 5-35℃
• Weather humidity: 30-80%
• Keep the construction environment ventilated

Precautions

• Mechanical mixing evenly
• The proportion of diluting is kept the same every time, about 5~8%
• Ensure that the substrate is clean and water-free
• Clean the tool after construction, or tear it off after drying, and use it according to the specific judgment.
• Close the unused product to avoid skin formation.

Packaging and Storage Condition

• 200KG plastic drum;
• Stored in a 100% light –proof sealed container;
• Stored in a cool and dry place indoor at 5-30℃;
• Under high temperature or exposure, the shelf life will be significantly shortened;
• Shelf life is 12 months from the date of production under condition that the drum is not opened.
