Product Introduction
WL-0310 water based alkyd resin dispersion neutralised by ammonia and containing a small amount of cosolvent . WL-0310 water based alkyd resin has very low volatile organic compounds (VOC) in surface coatings, and it has fast drying speed, high gloss, excellent salt spray resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and can be grinded with pigment.
The coatings made of WL-0310 water based alkyd resin can be applied by spraying, roller coating, brushing or dipping, because WL-0310 water based alkyd resin has good fluidity and leveling properties. It is recommended to use WL-0310 water based alkyd resin for indoor and high-performance protective coatings and steel structure coatings for outdoor metal equipment can be used as primers and topcoats, water-borne self-drying paint or low-temperature baking paint, Water based alkyd enamel, water based anti-corrosion paint.

Suggestion for application
- WL-0310 can be diluted by water, drier has always been added in the system. It can dry in condition of normal temperature or low temperature baking .
- WL-0310 is high shear stable. It can be grinded in the coating production. WL-0310 have high gloss and excellent anti-corrosion performance, can be used for the mixed paint, anti-rust primer, etc., can dry by air or bake by low temperature, its coating have excellent gloss, and anti-rust performance.
- WL-0310 is stable at neutral or slight alkaline conditions. It is unstable that it is diluted with acidic or impurity water. PH value has to be carefully observed in coating production, precipitation may occur if acidic pigments such as carbon black, pH value of the coating system can be adjusted triethylamine or N, N-dimthylethanolamine. Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the pH value increases.

Storage: Place in a cool ventilated place,keep container tightly closed. Storage temperature is 0-40℃.
