Mirror Chrome inks paint resin for glass

The mirror chrome ink can offer mirror/chrome appearance by spray on the back side of glass, plastic. Mirro chrome ink is a unique ink that is applied to the reverse side of glass or tempered glass to create a reflective mirror like finish. This mirror-like printing ink, suitable for the glass and tempered glass ,high performance in the boiling water test. Special resin for product mirror-like printing inks, good adhesion with common glass and tempered glass materials,make the electroplated-effect more excellent and obvious. Eeasy to spray and forming a shiny chrome finish that matches real chrome very well.

1. Sprayed on primer black polyurethane and activator
2. Then sprayed with a light coat of liquid chrome ink
3. Apply a clear coating(varnish) of liquid chrome to make it shine

Instructions
Step 1.

To obtain the most dramatic chrome effect, liquid chrome paint must be applied to a smooth black surface that is coated with a black ink.

Step 2.

Wipe the area to be coated with industrial alcohol or lacquer thinner/solvent to remove any residual grease, wax or oil residue, being careful to avoid scratching the surface. For best results, the surface must remain scratch-free and smooth like glass.

Step 3.

Stir and pour the Body Chrome Ink into the gun or gun cup. NOTE: No additional dilution is required or needed. Adjust the gun to a very light material flow and spray 3 or 4 very light coats, stopping as soon as full opacity is achieved.

STEP 4.

Spray two-part polyurethane clear varnish and polish to a smooth, perfectly flat surface.
