Introduction

It is mainly used for printing on the glass cover of mobile phones to obtain a mirror printing

effect of metallic color, which is the same as the effect of gold metallic color, and it has a good focus.

Physical Property

Raw materials: A variety of synthetic resins and specially treated metal powders are the main components.

Particle diameter: 2-5 microns

Printing material: glass cover

Surface drying: 150℃ for five minutes (oven, tunnel oven)

Drying: Dry at 150 .C for about 30 minutes.

Wire Mesh: Use 350 mesh/inch polyester wire mesh

Scraper hardness: 70 .～85.

Dilution: Thinner, but must be fully stirred evenly.

Washing net: boiling oil washing net

Shelf life: Stored in a dry place indoors (air humidity below 75%), the shelf life is 90 days.
