This construction rack and pinion lift is Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting/stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
LED lights inside construction elevator car.
The construction man and material lift cage roof doors are equipped with electromechanical interlock.
Equipped with hoist drop test facility with remote control.
A frequency control unit (FC), with closed-loop, be equipped.
