Construction Man and Material Hoist Application

The payload capacity range from 1 ton to 3.2 tons, lifting speed can reach up to 96m/min, and the erection height reaches up to 450m, our products have been widely used for transportation of both men and cargo in field of general buildings, but also industry, electric power, mining well, oil, chemical industry etc.

Construction Material Hoist Configuration 
There is a electrical small crane available to facilitate the assembly of the construction elevator.
There is the additional third door at the long side of cage for convenient loading/unloading of heavy materials.
Available in single or twin lift car configuration.
This construction rack and pinion elevator is Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the elevator is optional. 
Lighting inside the elevator car is LED ceiling lamp. 

Certified safety brake system, including Up/Down Limit Switches, Emergency Limit Switch, Emergency Switch Button, centrifugal brake Anti-drop Safety Device, etc.
