Production and Materials
KANGBO implements the true modular design of rack and pinion hoists, standardization and fine processing of lifts parts and components, and assembly line production.
The construction elevator components are standardized and universal.
Main structure frame are made of 16Mn and Q355B high strength cold roll steel plate, cut by laser, process by CNC machines in tool fixtures, welded by robots.
The construction lift cage roof is made of one piece of steel plate, and its edges are totally welded by robot, to ensure never water leakage and high strength of the elevator car.
Standard Configuration
There is a small crane for conenient installation of the elevator.
In single cage configuration.
The construction site rack and pinion type elevators are Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current, very smooth starting/stopping and so there is much less wear and tear.
