Hot pressing tee forming involves flattening a tube blank larger than the final tee diameter to match the required dimensions, then creating an opening in the tension branch pipe section. The heated tube blank is positioned within the forming mold while a stretching die is installed inside. Under pressure application, the tube blank undergoes radial compression, with metal flowing toward the branch pipe area and forming the branch through die stretching action.
