1, Battery Equipment: open the cover of the battery case at the bottom of the dustbin and equip it with batteries (not included) according to the mark of positive and negative pole

2, Power Switch: open the power switch, at this moment the power indicator will be on for 3 seconds. then it flashes once every 6 seconds which shows that the electric system works in the normal condition.

3,Auto-sensor: when throwing rubbish, you just keep your hand or objects about 2-15 cm above the inductive window, the lid will open automatically within 0.5 second, then it will close automatically in 6 seconds after your hands or objects departure. Without departing the lid will keep open.

4, Manual Operation: the lid will open when the “OPEN” button is pressed, but the lid will not close. This function is used to throw rubbish constantly into the bin or to empty the rubbish out. To close the lid after emptying/disposing of the rubbish, just press the “CLOSE” button. Then circuit system will then return to the automatic function.

5, Battery Life: the batteries used for the sensor bin will last approx 6 months. This is calculated on the lid automatically opening 20 times a day.
