Self–centering device

There is slippage guiding equipped on the base frame. There is a hydraulic oil cylinder on the base to drive the un-coiler to make correction when the shaft-line is off-position with the forming machine, to make sure the generatrix of the coil consistent with the forming machine.

Maintain arm on the top, to avoid coil become loose when stop to be packed.

The arm to be driven by pneumatic cylinder, manual control

Application:

Based on different capacities, we provide 5ton hydraulic un-coiler, 8ton hydraulic de-coiler, 10ton hydraulic de-coiler, 12ton hydraulic de-coiler and 15 ton hydraulic de-coiler. Usually there is a coil car equipped for hydraulic de-coiler over 5ton capacity. The extra cars can move horizontally and also lift up and down to transport and get the coils inserted in the center by the arm of the hydraulic de-coiler.
