0.8mm-1.2mm Purlin Making Machine With Hydraulic De-Coiler

Purlin Making Machine , also called fast change Steel Purlin Making Machine or C Z channel Interchangeable Roll Forming Machine, can be used to produce both C Purlin and Z Purlin with various sizes, in different thickness, and with punch on web and flange side.

Purlin Making Machine Application:

Compared to traditional purlins, steel purlins have so many advantages, they are light, easy to install, and recyclable for other buildings etc. Therefore, as we can see, in modern steel industrial buildings or prefab engineered buildings, people always use C purlins, Z purlins and sometime U purlins without flange stiffeners as well.

If there is no flange holes required, then the machine can adopt to post-punching, post-cutting design

Like c purlin roll forming machine, z steel purlin roll formers also is designed to produce the section channels of different sizes, but the change to make a different size z purlin is manual. Clients need to manually change the spacers installed between rolling tools, as well as the cutting dies.
