Manufacturing Process & Specifications
Threaded Raceway Processing
Threaded raceways are precision machined according to national standard JB/T 2886-2008. Available diameter range: φ2-14mm, lead range: 1-14mm. Custom machining available for left rotation, right rotation, and bidirectional integration.
Material Options
Lead screw standard material: YF45Mnr non-tempered free-cutting alloy steel with heat treatment hardness HRC58-62. Optional materials include 45# carbon steel and 304 stainless steel. Nut materials available: tin bronze, aluminum bronze, brass, cast iron, and stainless steel. Custom processing available upon request.
