Polyamide Nylon 66, also known as PA66GF25 Pellets, is a popular nylon material made from polyamide granules. It is widely used in various applications, such as automotive, electrical & electronic, industrial, and consumer goods. It features excellent mechanical properties, such as a melting point of 230-240°C, a temperature of deflection under load of ≥240℃, and a tensile strength of ≥80 MPa. It also offers excellent heat and chemical resistance, and excellent electrical insulation properties. It is available in extrusion grade and in black color. Its flexibility and formability make it ideal for injection molding, extrusion, and other fabrication processes.
