Product Description

The PVC pipe extrusion line includes conical twin screw extruder, spiral die head, vacuum tank, water tank, haul-off, no-dust cutter or planetary cutter, belling machine with O-ring sockets or rectangular sockets or U types of sockets. Our PVC pipe machine can make pipes ranging from 10mm to 800mm, wall thickness range of 1-30mm.​

Production Process

PVC powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

The whole production line

• CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.

• EXTRUSION DIE

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw.The extrusion die is the most important part of tube forming.

• VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK

Used for shaping and cooling of pipes, it is equipped with a vacuum system,water circulation system, as well as front and rear moving device and left and right, height adjustment manual device, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling.

• TRACTOR

lt is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head, and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.

• CUTTING MACHINE

After belling controlled by encoder according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, the stacker is turned over with a delay, pipes are cut smoothly without scraps and dust.

• TURNOVER RACK(OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)

Accept finished products and automatically turn over.

• PIPE BELLING MACHINE (OPTIONAL ON REQUEST)

The automatic pipe flaring machine can cooperate with the pipe production line to expand the pipe online or expand the pipe separately. The flaring pipe is heated by an oven, and the Omron temperature control is used for precise temperature control.
