Advantages
- When spraying, the temperature is as high as 300 ℃, which fully meets the process operation of first piercing strip and then spraying.
- Dimensional accuracy can be less than 0.05 mm. The high dimensional accuracy is easy to operate roll extrusion processing.
- The strips are excellently processed, which will fasten the furniture hardware.
- It has such properties as fire-resistance, thermostability, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and uvioresistant. Therefore, they are environmentally friendly with a longer life span. Also, they can be recycled for reuse.
Application
It is mainly used in insulation broken bridge aluminium products, helping to reduce heat loss or heat gain through the aluminum, and has better performance in terms of power usage.

Packaging details: For all specifications/shapes, they could be packaged in linear, the length will be 6 meters, or customized.For the Shape "I", "C", and some simple shapes, they can be packed in rolls. 400-600 meters/roll.
