Automatic PA profiles extruding machine is for the production of polyamide thermal break profiles, which used in aluminum windows and doors.
Many customer use thermal break aluminum profile to do windows and doors to keep the heat from being affected by cold air, then make use of energy saving.
We provide high quality PA profiles extruding machine along with various molds and raw material-PA66GF25 granules, and also the subsequent technical assistance. This machine includes raw material auto feeding machine, hopper dryer, main engine, frequency converter and gearbox.
Main Features

The main part of machinery adopts high-quality cemented carbide screw to ensure the high plasticization of PA66+GF25. The main engine is energy-saving and the speed is stable. The speed of the main and auxiliary machines can be synchronized.

The die head is made according to German advanced technology, with short runner and no dead angle. The surface of the thermal break strip is bright, with accurate tolerance and high strength.

Using imported temperature control meter, one meter controls one temperature control system to control the temperature accuracy to ±1C°.

The barrel is heated by stainless steel heater, withstanding 400 V.

The professional dryer makes the material and the hot air convect evenly, and the drying uniformity is good. Its thermal insulation structure prevents heat dissipation and promotes energy saving.

Worktable: stainless steel strip placement slot. Adjustable length around 6.5 meters

Winding machine: The torque motor control system is used to adjust the winding tension. 300 meters to 800 meters per roll.

The basic mechanics of extrusion are simple—a screw turns in a barrel and pushes the plastic forward. A screw is really an inclined plane, or ramp, wound around a central core. The intent is to multiply the force so that a great resistance can be overcome.
