Polyamide Thermal Break Strips for Aluminun Windows
Nylon66 Thermal barrier strip of polyamide extruding product, which is widely used for bridge insulating aluminum profile, has excellent performance such as high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, ultraviolet resistance and water resistance. The Linear Expansion Coefficient of the product is close to that of aluminum profile, which makes long durance of spacer and aluminum profile. The product has been tested by the Material Test Center of SGS. The product meets the National Standard of GB/T23615.1-2009.
Shape I, shape C, shape T, shape CT and shape HK is the most common shape, we can also according to customer requirements or drawings to customize other special shape.

Advantages
1. The Heat Insulation Profiles for windows & doors were manufactured in line with Chinese national standards GB/T 23615.1-2009, with extremely high mechanical strength and withstand tensile shear stress, can be acted as the connecter to the hardware.
2. The thermal expansion coefficient is the same as that of the aluminum alloy, which can avoid hesitation thermal expansion and contraction and lead to the separation between the thermal insulation strip and the metal.
3. High corrosion-resistance, weather-resistance, heat-resistance, alkali-resistance and long life of usage.
4. Excellent product tolerance of less than 0.1mm, ensuring air and water tightness and overall composite profile dimensions.
5. The thermal expansion coefficient of PA66GF25 is similar to aluminum thus ensures that product does not affect the integrity of the thermally insulated aluminum profiles.
6. Precisely dimension ensures the lifespan of aluminum extrusion tools, no danger of bending cracks during rolling, very good knurling effect at the hammer head and easy to assemble.
