Product Introduction
The extruder uses high-quality hard double alloy screw to ensure high plasticization of PA66GF25 granules. The barrel is heated by stainless steel heater, withstand voltage 400V. The main part of machinery adopts high-quality cemented carbide screw to ensure the high plasticization of PA66+GF25. The main engine is energy-saving and the speed is stable. The speed of the main and auxiliary machines can be synchronized. Special new screw make sure the machine has low energy consumption, good plasticizing ability and stable extrusion flow.

1.Used for thermal break aluminum window,door,curtain and walls
2.Many customer use thermal break aluminum profile to do big air conditioner to keep heat of cold air,then make use of energy saving.

PA66 Nylon Extrusion Profile Production Line
1.The professional dryer makes the material and the hot air convect evently,and the drying uniformity is good. Its thermal break structure prevents heat dissipation and promotes energy saving.
2.The main part of machinery adopts high-quality cemented carbide screw to ensure the high plasticization of PA66+GF25. The main engine is energy-saving and the speed is stable.
3.The barrel is heated by stainless steel heater, withstanding 400V.
4.Using importer temperature control meter,one meter controls one temperature control system,which can control the temperature accuracy to ±1ºC.
5.The die head is made according to German advanced technology,with short runner and no blind angle.The surface of the thermal break profile is bright,with accurate tolerance and high strength.
6.Operating platform:stainless steel placement table for nylon profiles.Adjustable length 6 meters.
7.Winding machine:the torque motor control system is used to adjust the winding tension. 500 meters or 1000 meters per roll.
