1. How can I customize my vending machine? 

We offer OEM/ODM services, allowing you to customize both the hardware and the software of your vending machine. Contact us for more details.

2. How do I purchase a vending machine from you?

  Once the details are confirmed, we will send you an invoice.
  Pay a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipment.
  We will arrange shipment after production. Then, simply wait to receive your machine.
  We will provide a user manual and offer technical support to help you set up the vending machine.

3. What is the production lead time for the vending machine? 
For standard models, the lead time is typically 20-50 days. For customized vending machines, the lead time is 40-120 days.

4. What is the shipping cost, and how is shipment and customs handled? 
We can arrange door-to-door or door-to-port transportation. To calculate the shipping cost, we require a detailed address and zip code.

5. How long does delivery take? 
Delivery times depend on the destination. For international shipping, it usually takes 30-70 days.

6. What is the electricity consumption of the vending machine? 
For a cooling vending machine, the electricity consumption is typically 6-10 kWh per day.

7. What is the warranty? 
We provide an 18-month warranty, including free air-shipped spare parts for any failures. Additionally, we offer tech support through a WhatsApp group with our engineers, video call, user manuals, and YouTube videos for technical assistance.

8. How do I make a payment? 
After confirming the proforma invoice, a 50% TT deposit is required before production, with the balance due before delivery.

9. Do you export machines to my country? 
Yes, we have exported our vending machines to over 60 countries. Contact us for customer references in your country.

10. How do I withdraw money from the card reader? 
We will install a card reader in the factory, and service will be provided by the card reader company's local office. You will need to have an account in the card reader company system. And you can apply to withdraw money every week- every month. Depends on the local card reader company policy.
