Introduction
H500 is a classic oil/gas pipeline welding generator, widely applied in China railway, CNPC, SINOPEC, and field welding construction without power. H500 can output 500A welding current, carry out multi-welding functions: MMA(Cellulose),TIG, FCAW,Gouging).Meanwhile, H500 also output powerful power for running electric tools on site. H500 can adopt several famouse diesel engines as power source(Kubota, Perkins, Weichai,ect), which enjoys strong power, stable operation, low noise and low fuel consumption,etc . It can be fit with trailer, easy convenient movement and self-generation, it is ideal for welding in places without power supply and field construction operations.
Characteristics
1.Welding performance: adopts rotating magnetic field to generate electricity, and the current is adjusted by excitation,high efficiency, accurate adjustment. Smooth current, good dynamic characteristics, fast response.
2.Reliability: innovated coaxial structure, omit medium links for transmission of power, Simple structure, reliable performance and low failure rate.
4.Auxiliary power: can output 500A welding current and AC tri-phase 25kW/400V, single phase 6.9kW/230V auxiliary power.
