LW-JW15 handheld laser welding machine is a precision, high-speed laser welding equipment developed by Chongqing Lianwai Technology Co., Ltd. for the sheet metal processing industry to solve welding deformation & hard polishing of thin plates.

LW-JW15 adopts split photoelectric module design, optical module, electric module, control unit, drive unit, etc. can be directly

replaced, upgraded, and maintained at the client side, which is more convenient to use. Users can choose fibers with different core diameters according to different processing requirements to meet differentiated processing needs. It can be used with laser processing heads, galvanometers, etc. for system integration with robots, machine tools, etc., for laser fine cutting, precision welding, etc.

Working Principle
Hand-held laser welding uses high-energy laser beams to locally heat the weldment with welding pulses, so that the energy diffuses into the material through heat conduction, and the material is melted to form a specific molten pool.
