• Extruded Flexible Back Strip Brushes are made by fusing high quality brush filaments into an extruded 3.2mm, 5.0mm or 8.0mm wide Polypropylene or Nylon Backing which allows for flexibility and the ability to contour into various shapes that typical metal back strip brush cannot.
• They can be made in continuous lengths of up to 250 metres with bristle heights ranging in size from 10mm up to 300mm depending on desired bristle thickness.
• Extruded flexible strip brush is approximately 40% lighter than traditional strip brush and won’t corrode as it is constructed entirely without the use of any metal components.
• It is typically designed to fit into our existing 3.2mm & 8.0mm aluminium brush holders.
