A: We have our own QC team to control quality of incoming raw mateiral, production process and finished poruducts.
Q2. How can I get the sample I want?
A: Sample require sample fee in advance, the fee will be refunded when mass order.
Q3: How can I pay for the sample?
A: T/T, paypal or normal bank account
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 7-10 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5 How to proceed an order for wall tile stickers?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Q6. How to install?
A: 1) Clean the surface with a powerful grease-remover such as TSP(Tri-Sodium Phosphate). Make sure you allow enough time for surface to dry properly.
3)Apply the leveled line & slowly peel off the rest.
4)Press all grout lines firmly.
5) Overlap the grout line.
