(3) An idler wheel or a tensioning wheel can be used to increase the wrap Angle of the multi-wedge belt if the structure permits；
(4) The pretension of multi - wedge belt is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of multi - wedge belt gear train. When the tension is insufficient, the multi-wedge belt will slip, but if the tension is too high, the life of the multi-wedge belt will be reduced；
(5) Because there are many factors affecting the life span of the multi-wedge belt, the pre-tension of the multi-wedge belt in the design should be given according to experience or reasonable calculation, and strict control should be carried out in the equipment adjustment；
