NBR Advantage:
NBR is the wildly used oil resistance compound nowadays. It has a great resistance to wear. The –CN contains in Acrylonitrile can affect physical characteristics other than oil resistance. The higher the Acrylonitrile content, the better the resistance to oil. However, the lower the acrylonitrile content, the better the resistance to low temperature. NBR is used at temperature between -25°C~100°C. The life time of rubber will shorten when temperature exceeds 100°C.

Notes for crankshaft oil seal installation:
1. Before installing the oil seal, be sure to wipe the crankshaft flange surface and oil seal mounting hole with cleaning liquid or cotton cloth dipped in soapy water, and then wipe it with dry cotton cloth; Oil seal hole cleaning fluid and oil did not wipe clean assembly after the oil seal, after the oil seal will cause secondary oil leakage;
2. Before installation, check whether the oil seal spring is installed in place and the main lip is flanged and scratched;
