2. The hexagon socket bolts used in assembly should also be cleaned and dried with gasoline before fitting, and lubricating oil or grease should not be applied to the bolts or holes, so as to ensure sufficient friction self-locking ability after fastening the bolts.
3. When the three hexagon socket bolts are about to be installed in place, they shall be fixed in turn to ensure that the cone sleeve is subject to uniform axial force and that the belt wheel and the cone sleeve have good coaxial positioning.
4. Before installation, check and measure the length of hexagon socket bolts used in assembly to ensure that the assembly bolts can withstand the bottom end of the blind hole of cone sleeve after being tightened to ensure that the conical surface is closely matched and that the bolts are subject to the reverse thrust of the bottom end of the blind hole, which will produce the anti-loose effect of the same principle of double nuts.
5. Check and adjust the relative positions of the main and driven belt wheels to ensure that the two wheels are on the same plane and the belt is tensioned properly.
6. The belt pulley hood shall be intact and firmly installed to ensure that the belt breaks or the belt pulley looses during operation, leading to major safety accidents.
7. The cone sleeve is a vulnerable part. After a long time of operation, the inner hole and chain groove may be damaged.
