Tensioning wheel working principle:

The tensioning wheel releases the torque of the pre-tightened plane vortex spring or cylinder torsional spring in the process of working to achieve the purpose of automatically tensioning the accessory belt.

Specification for installation of automatic tensioning wheel:

1, scope,

This specification is applicable to the operation of the automatic tensioning wheel Assembly during installation.

2. Installation steps of abnormal tensioning wheel:

(1)Install and fix the tensioning wheel with M10 countersunk bolt;

(2)The recommended tightening torque of the bolt is :(50±5)N m;

(3) Use a spanner to pull the tensioning wheel arm to the maximum corner;

(4) in a reasonable order will be around the belt pulley, and maintain the correct position;

(5)Slowly loosen the tensioning wheel arm and make it tighten the belt.Pull out the spanner;

3. Installation steps of the same direction tensioning wheel:

(1) Install and fix the tensioning wheel with M10 flange face bolts;

The tightening torque of the bolt is recommended to be 50±5N m;

(3) Use the square hole spanner to pull the tensioning wheel arm to the maximum corner;

(4) in a reasonable order will be around the belt pulley, and maintain the correct position;

(5)Slowly loosen the tensioning wheel arm and make it tighten the belt.Pull out the spanner. OK.

4,Points to note during installation of tensioning wheel:

(1) The belt wedge must be in the corresponding slot of the belt pulley;

(2) Check whether the positioning block of the tensioning wheel arm is close to the free position after tensioning the belt. If it is at a small Angle close to the free position, please replace the belt.

(3)When the tensioning wheel is disassembled, follow the steps.
