This product primarily utilizes corn protein as its raw material. It incorporates a selection of
multiple exo- and endo-proteases, employing a composite enzyme sequential enzymatic hydrolysis process to achieve deep hydrolysis while retaining a small amount of low-molecular-weight peptides. This optimizes the shortcomings of traditional processes,effectively preventing the loss and degradation of certain functional amino acids (such astryptophan and tyrosine) and increasing the content of free amino acids.
