Probiotics based on endocarboxypeptidase, pectinase and high-yielding extracellular polysaccharide EPS,ocarboxypeptidase decomposes macromolecules and destroys the three-dimensional structure, which is beneficial to the pre-digestion and the decomposition by animal enzymes, moderately fermented soy protein and pectin are easy to swell with water (or digestive juice), and have good rheological properties in the digestive tract, which irritation to the intestines.
