1, Galvanized PVC coated Gabion Wire Mesh introduction:

Gabion is a cage,cylinder or box filled with rocks,concrete,or sometimes sand and soil for use in civil engineering,road building,itary applications and landscaping.
Additionally, they can be utilized in other load-bearing and non-load-bearing construction projects, such as those involving architectural cladding, free-standing walls and fences, sound barriers, and noise reduction measures.
In the application in geotechnical structures, metal gabion baskets replace and redistribute all the transverse stress and deformation of gabion filling (stacked stone and/or aggregate ballast) and retained earthwork

(1) Hot-dhipped Galvanized wire

(2) PVC coated wire

(3) Galfan wire

Normally the galvanized wire and PVC coated wire are economic and widely used in the engineering project ,

and the galfan wire has a better anti-rust ablity and could last for a longer time.

The following information shall be supplied by the purchaser at the time of enquiry and order:
a) Number of Standard according to, for example: EN10223 or ASTM A 975;
b) Quantity and type of designation (for box gabions with or without diaphragms);
c) Size of the rolls or units;
d) Mesh size;
e) Wire diameter (mesh wire and lacing wire);
f) Coating type and class of coating, if applicable,
g) Characteristics of the eventual organic coating, if applicable;
h) Inspection documentation requirements.
