Installation Guide
Foundation Preparation
Prepare a level surface by removing all vegetation, loose material, and irregularities from the foundation area.
Assembly
Join gabion panels using fasteners (spirals or C-rings) at maximum 150mm spacing. Install interior diaphragms for baskets exceeding 1m in any dimension.
Placement
Position empty gabions on foundation and interconnect adjacent units along all edges. Modular assembly is possible by eliminating end panels.
Filling
Install cross-tie wires for stability before carefully filling with rock. Compact material to minimize voids and level the final layer before securing the lid with approved fasteners.
