  Silicone rubber-coated fibreglass fabric is a fibreglass cloth that possesses temperature resistance, anti-corrosion properties and high strength, and is coated with organic silicone rubber. This newly developed product has multiple applications and high performance properties. Thanks to its excellent resistance to high temperatures, permeability and ageing, as well as its durability, this fibreglass fabric is widely used in the aerospace industry, the chemical industry, large-scale electricity generation equipment, machinery, metallurgy and non-metal expansion joints (compensators), among others.

1. Used in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 200°C.

2. Resistant to ozone, oxygen, sunlight and ageing. Long usage life of up to 10 years.

3. High insulating properties: dielectric constant 3-3.2; breaking down voltage: 20-50 KV/mm.

4. Good flexibility and high surface friction.

5. Chemical corrosion resistance.

  Silicone calender coated fabric is designed to provide an excellent smooth surface. The silicone calender coated fabric offers increased tensile strength, allowing it to be used at high temperatures (continuously below 392℉) and under strong pressure (maximum 1000 PSI).

  We have two categories of product by thickness: one kind has a thickness of over 1 mm and another kind has a thickness of below 1 mm. You can choose the thickness according to the occasion of use.
