Silicone impregnated fiberglass cloth with double-sided silicone rubber coating provides exceptional temperature resistance, corrosion protection, and high tensile strength for demanding industrial applications.
This high-performance fabric is widely used in aerospace, chemical processing, power generation equipment, machinery, metallurgy, and non-metal expansion joints due to its unique temperature resistance, permeability, and aging durability.
- Operating temperature range: -70℃ to 230℃ (-94℉ to 446℉)
- Excellent resistance to ozone, oxygen, sunlight, and aging with service life up to 10 years
- High insulating properties: dielectric constant 3-3.2, breakdown voltage 20-50KV/MM

The silicone calender coated fabric features an excellent smooth surface with increased tensile strength, suitable for continuous operation at high temperatures up to 500℉ and maximum pressure of 1000PSI.
