Cement Grouting Pump Features:

1. ZBS3.6/4-5.5 double liquid grout pump is a single cylinder double action piston pump, which can work in inflammable and explosive sites,dusty and rainy environment, or other bad conditions.

2. ZBS grout pump has simple structure, light weight, small size,reliable performance, high pumping pressure.

Cement Grouting Pump Application:

1. ZBS grout pump can be used to grout cement paste, mortar and other liquid (particle size ≤ 3mm).Medium temperature is between 5 to 80 ℃.The water cement ratio (weight ratio) of solid-liquid mixture should be 0.75 or higher. The maximum output pressure should be 4 MPa, and work flow 3.6 m3/h.

2. ZBS grout pump is widely used pressure grout in tunnels, coal mine, bridges and dams, building foundation, and other underground projects.
