Cement Grout Pump Features:
2TGZ cement pump is a kind of machine which can press mortar into tensioning channels. It can be divided into two types according to ways of working, plunger and screw. It presses mortar into prestressing tensioning channel, so as to achieve the purpose of bonding and anticorrosion. The motor drives the reducer, which drives the piston or plunger for reciprocating motion and press the mortar into tensioning channels. It is also used for grouting reinforcement and spraying supporting of the bridge, culverts, mine, tunnels and deep foundation pit.
Cement Grout Pump Application:
1. 2TGZ cement pump is widely used to grout for water blocking in tunnel, mining well, rock gangway or concrete sidewall.
2. For reinforcement of tunnel cracks, crushed or scattered rocks; anchor and injection.
3. For back-fill grout to prevent ground depression and landslide and correct skew buildings.
4. Used as fire extinction grout pump in mining well or high-pressure oil pump.
