JPS7I-L Shotcrete Machine is composed of the feeding screw system, driving system, rotor assembly, air system, spraying system, electric control box, etc.

The machine is widely used in concrete spraying operation in the tunnel, culvert, subway, hydroelectric works, underground works and high-methane laneway of coal mine.
Dry shotcrete machine: The sprayed material (concrete, cement, etc.) added to the hopper is dry. Pressure is applied by an air compressor to deliver the dry material to the nozzle. There is a water inlet pipe at the nozzle and the dry material is in the nozzle. The place is mixed with water and sprayed out. This type shotcrete gunite machine is combined with the screw type feeder.

1. Q:How to pay for this order?
A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment; L/C at sight (high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance (especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)

A:Both online order and offline order are acceptable.
3. Q:How about the package?
A:We have fumigation-free wooden case to protect the machine from damage during the long-distance delivery.
4. Q:What is the lead time?
A:1 week for sample model, 2~3 weeks for customized model. It depends for mass production.
