Wheel Material: Phenolic resin mixed with macerated canvas made for high temperature applications -best suited for dry heat (Powder coating, bakeries, etc). Exceptional resistance to oil, grease, and most acids, chemicals and cleaning solutions. Not recommended for frequent wash-down or wet environments. Hard tread rolls exceptionally easy; not recommended for rough surfaces.

Lubrication-For casters designed to work at higher temperatures, manufacturers must use grease and other lubricants rated for high temperatures. If necessary, they also add seals to prevent lubricant from flowing out of the casters.

Rigid casters are casters that remain in one position. They will not spin like swivel casters. Rigid casters provide you with great stability, but there is no moving advantage that swivel casters provide you. For the best results, most customers will combine swivel casters and rigid casters to provide them with the best combination of stability and mobility.
