1. Description:

Wheel Material: Phenolic wheels are manufactured by impregnating and impregnating fibers with phenolic resin and molded under high pressure and high temperature. The resulting hard, high-temperature wheels are very suitable for carrying heavy loads. They are especially suitable for carrying static heavy loads for long periods of time without causing any permanent deformation of the wheels. However, it should be noted that if you use it on a rough surface or hit another object, the phenolic wheel may break.

 

Bearings: The steel ball bearings in standard casters cannot support well at high temperatures. Manufacturers usually use stainless steel, which has a higher rating. Another option is to use a bronze sleeve in the wheel hole instead of the ball bearing; it has a higher temperature rating, but it will not roll. Bearings suitable for high temperatures must be selected for operation in high temperature environments.
