E355 DOM High precision tubing DOM steel tubing for

telescopic cylinders steel tubes

Size Range: OD: 6-329mm, WT: 1-15mm, Length: 5.8m/6m, maximal 11.8m

Standard:EN10305-2 Welded Precision Steel Tubes, is produced by cold drawing over mandrel

and die on the ERWwelded steel tube, to achieve better tolerance and good concentricity, both

outside and inside weld seamis completely removed during the cold drawing process.

Materials:E355 full aluminum killed fine grain practice.

Process:Welded, cold Drawn-Over-Mandrel (DOM), Stress Relieve Annealed (SRA; BK+S), round

precision tubing. The welded tube must be full body normalised in case of stretch reduction

after welding and prior to cold drawing. Otherwise only weld seam normalised is accepted.

Delivery condition:

1). +C No heat treatment after the final cold drawig process

2). +LC After the final heat treatment there is a suitable drawing pass

3). +SR After the final cold drawing process there is a stress relieve heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere

4). +A After the final cold drawing process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere
5). +N After the final cold drawing operation the tubes are normalized in a controlled atmosphere
