The essence of hot stamping is transfer, which is the process of transferring the ink on the hot stamping film to the license plate by the action of heat and pressure. When hot stamping, the hot melt adhesive layer of the hot stamping film is melted and adhered to the surface of the license plate, and the melt flow of the release agent layer of the hot stamping film is separated from the carrier film substrate, and the ink on the carrier film is transferred to the license plate. The reason why the transfer can be caused is that the hot melt adhesive is heated to generate a bonding force and the release agent is heated and the adhesive force is lost.
