• This production line contains various different machines.It is suitable for clients who had batch requirements of the quantity of plates! This production line is cheap and easy to use.Automatic control and recycle the scrap,more ecnomic.

   

  The production line include double head decoiler, equipped with straightener,, washing and drying machine, reflective film laminator, automatic punch press with servo feeding device.

  The work flow as follow:

  1- Aluminum strip coil decoiling and straightening

  2- Caustic washing and drying before laminating

  3- Stick the reflective film on the aluminum strip

  4- Auto punching the for blanking with servo feeding device.

  5- Get the semi-finished license plate.

• Applications

  The blocking line is the automatic gold light that produces the license plate number. The main process is:

  (1) Unwinding stripe

  (2) Wash and dry the strip with a washing machine

  (3) Strip straightening machine with plastic film covering device

  (4) Strips fed into the power supply through the NC servo roller feeder

  (5) The strip is blocked by dynamic pressure

  (6) Waste is rolled into a roll by a recycler

The blanking line was an automatic blanking line to produce vehicle number plates, main process is:

(1) Strips payoff by decoiler

(2) Strip was washed and dried by washing machine

(3) Strips flat by straightener with plastic film covering device

(4) Strips fed in power press by NC servo roll feeder

(5) Strips were blanked by power press

(6) Scrap strip was rolled in coil by recoiler
