Description

The production line is a robust, very flexible and easy to operate, high-end production line, built out of first class components and materials. All important controls to setup the complete line are located by the machine for a quick setup from material. The production line can work with simple T-Bone cut tools with  high accuracy in plate length, and with double cut tools with edge embossing. The production line is maintenance arm because of the selection and high quality from the used components.

Automated production lines are easy to operate, and learning to operate the machine does not require extensive training. The machine has an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows even experienced people to become skilled operators after a day of training.

• Applications

  The blocking line is the automatic gold light that produces the license plate number. The main process is:

  (1) Unwinding stripe

  (2) Wash and dry the strip with a washing machine

  (3) Strip straightening machine with plastic film covering device

  (4) Strips fed into the power supply through the NC servo roller feeder

  (5) The strip is blocked by dynamic pressure

  (6) Waste is rolled into a roll by a recycler
