1. High Barrier Performance
This pin-cushion type liquid ton bag is made of PA, PE and VMPET composite materials, which has excellent barrier properties against oxygen, moisture and light. It can effectively prevent the packaged liquid from being oxidized and deteriorated, and maintain the original quality of the liquid for a long time.
2. Strong Mechanical Strength
With high tensile strength (≥30MPa) and excellent puncture and abrasion resistance, the bag can withstand the extrusion and collision during transportation and handling. It is not easy to break or leak, ensuring the safe transportation of liquid products.
3. Good Temperature Adaptability
The bag is resistant to high temperature up to 80℃ during filling, and can undergo radiation sterilization of ≥15kGy. It is suitable for the packaging of high-temperature filled liquids and food-grade liquids that require sterilization.
