The LPG-5 Lab Mini Low Temperature Vacuum Spray Dryer is designed with an enlarged drying tower diameter to prevent flavor wall adhesion. Featuring arc transitions throughout and constructed from SUS316L or SUS304 materials, this industrial-grade spray dryer offers optional cooling devices and chamber air jet systems for enhanced performance.

Operating Principle
Filtered and heated air enters the dryer in a spiral pattern through an air distributor. Liquid material is atomized into fine mist by a high-speed rotary atomizer, rapidly drying upon contact with hot air. Final powder products discharge continuously from the drying tower and cyclone separator, while waste air exits through the exhaust fan.
