Contact Precision Between Cutter Blades and Die Face:

This is a key technical challenge in water - ring pelletizing. Advanced equipment typically employs pneumatic or spring - loaded automatic blade - feeding systems to ensure the cutting blades maintain constant, uniform pressure against the die face. If the pressure is insufficient, the pellets may fuse together into a continuous sheet; conversely, if the pressure is excessive, accelerated wear of the die face will occur.

Circulating Water Temperature Control:

If the water temperature is too low, it can cause material buildup and clogging at the die head (known as "die - face freezing"). Conversely, if the water temperature is too high, the pellets will not cool sufficiently and will be prone to sticking together. It is generally recommended to install an industrial chiller or a heat exchanger to stabilize the water temperature.
