Application:
PC led light tube production line is mainly used to produce fluorescent tube, LED tube, PC tube, transparent twin-color tube, frosted tube and types of fluorescent tube include glossy, two-color, abrasive, sandblasted, photodiffusion and semi-cycle, etc.

PC led light tube production line can produce different kinds shape cover,such as :
A1:Half white or half transparent 1 color profile cover or base;
A2:Transparent and white 2 color integral pipe or profile ,round or square.
The final PC tube or profile is suitable to T3,T5,T8,T12, etc models LED light.
if produce one color profile cover, need to equip 1set of single screw extruder will be enough.
if produce two different color pipe or profile , need to equip 2sets of single screw extruder to co-extrude.
2 sets of Single screw extruders as main extruder ,together with auxiliary machines,extrude PC LED light profile/pipe.
