Application:

PVC transparent materials plastic pelletizing machine is mainly suitable for making PVC granules which used the way of hot-cutting. That is suitable for PVC neon-light making and it can press the powder to stable, well balanced pellets under hot circumstance. Process flow:

Raw material+ additive → Mixing → Conveying feeding → hopper feeding → Conical twin screw extruder → Hot face cutting → Cyclone separator → Vibration sieve → Blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing

A5:Pelletizing head is all made by mold steel,with high temperature treatment,with long life time.

A6:Cooling device is consist of blower and storage hopper,storage hopper is all made by stainless steel.
