Application of 25mm single screw extruder:Pipe extrusion: for PP-R pipe, PE gas pipe, PEX crosslinked pipe, aluminum composite pipe, ABS pipe, PVC pipe, HDPE silicon core pipe and a variety of co-extruded composite pipe. Plate and sheet extrusion: for PVC, PET, PS, PP, PC, such as profiles and sheet extrusion. Other kinds of plastic extrusion, such as wire, rod, etc. Profile extrusion: extruder speed adjustment and altering screw structure suitable for production of PVC, polyolefin and other plastic profiles. Modified granulation: suitable for all kinds of plastic blends, modified, enhanced granulation.
